Our setup is located at House Number 430 on the Link Road in Sitaramdera, Jamshedpur. It is a part of town that has been linked to the steel industry for generations, being right there in East Singhbhum. The office is in the Agrico post office area, which is a fairly well-known landmark for anyone living in this part of Jharkhand. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main factory gates, but we still see plenty of activity throughout the week. The building itself is an older structure, typical of the industrial quarters you find around here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. Instead, we just focus on the wire and steel products that Usha Martin is known for. The staff here usually brings lunch from home and we sit together in the small break area when the sun is too hot. There is a lot of history in these streets, and you can feel it when you walk down the Link Road towards our gate. Most people who come by are regular contractors or transport guys who have been doing business with us for years. We handle a lot of paperwork and coordination from this house, making sure everything is moving as it should. It is just a regular workplace where people do their jobs without making a big fuss about things or using complicated words to describe what we do.
