Jamshedpur is a steel town, everyone knows that. Our place is over at E/8 Geetanjali Garden, right near Golmuri. It’s a busy spot. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while now. The work involves a lot of coordination with the mills and the transport guys. It’s mostly about making sure the steel gets where it’s supposed to go without too much fuss. Things can get a bit hectic around the Golmuri post office area sometimes with all the heavy trucks and traffic. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place where we handle the paperwork and take calls. We have a small crew and we all pretty much do a bit of everything around here. One day you’re checking invoices and the next you’re out back looking at a shipment that just arrived on a flatbed. We don't spend money on big signs or anything fancy. People who need us usually know the way to Geetanjali Garden. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till late. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones act up, but we just deal with it. It’s just the way things go in this line of work. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the process. The steel business is tough, but we’ve found our rhythm here in Jamshedpur over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
