Iswp (Subsidery Of Tata Steel)

Iswp is a subsidiary of Tata Steel, and we are based in Jamshedpur. Our office is located at 265 New Layout in Sitaramdera. It is quite close to the Agrico post office. If you know Jamshedpur, you know it is a city built on steel and hard work. We fit right into that vibe. The building we are in is straightforward and functional. There aren't any flashy decorations or expensive art on the walls. We have our desks, our computers, and the filing cabinets we need to keep things moving. Most of us have been here for a long time. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. Sitaramdera can get pretty busy during the shift changes, so the streets are always full of cycles and scooters. We try to keep a steady pace throughout the day. The work isn't always glamorous, but it is necessary. We handle the paperwork and the coordination that keeps things running behind the scenes. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the industrial nature of the city, but we don't mind much. We just get on with it. It’s a tight-knit group here. We share snacks and talk about our families during the lunch break. We don't have a big HR department or formal meetings every hour. We just talk across the room when something needs to be done. It is a very grounded way to work.
