Super Shakti Ltd is based out of Jamshedpur, right near the Baridih Market. Our address is 467 Tisco Baridih Flat. If you know the area, you know it’s a very local, active part of town. Living and working in Jharkhand has a different feel to it. Jamshedpur is a steel town, and you can feel that heritage everywhere. Our office is in a flat, so it’s not some big glass building. It’s a practical space where we handle all our business. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational corporation. We are just local people working in the community. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or chat until it comes back on. That is just life here. The market nearby is always loud and full of life, which is nice when you go out for a break. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to do and we try to cross them all off by the end of the week. Some of us have been working here for a really long time, so we are more like a family than coworkers.
