Flavour Of South

We run Flavour Of South at Shop Number 5 in the Kumar Complex. We are located in Kagalnagar, Sonari, which is right behind the petrol pump. Jamshedpur is a working town, and we fit right in with that. We mostly serve southern style food because that’s what we grew up with. The shop is small and practical. We don't waste money on decorations that don't matter. Being near the petrol pump means we get people stopping in while they are out running errands. It’s a convenient spot for the locals in Sonari. We start early in the morning to get everything ready. Sometimes the rain here makes things slow, but usually, we have a steady flow of people. We don't use any fancy titles for ourselves, we are just cooks and servers. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We’ve had this place for a few years now and it’s become our second home. If you want something straightforward to eat without any fuss, that’s what we do. It’s not a big corporate place, just a local shop in the Kumar Complex. We know most of our customers by name. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even when it’s busy and the heat gets to us. We just keep the stove going and the doors open for whoever comes by.
