Anandam Caterers is located at 34 S, 6Th Phase, in Adarsh Nagar. This is in the Sonari area of Jamshedpur 831011. We operate mostly out of this location, which is where we do all our prep and planning. It’s a residential neighborhood in Sonari, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main market areas. We’ve been serving food to people around Jamshedpur for several years now. It’s a small team we have here. We focus on getting the cooking right and making sure the food is ready on time. Catering is a lot of work that people don’t always see, like the hours spent chopping vegetables or cleaning up the kitchen late at night. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales team. It’s just us talking to customers and figuring out what they need for their party or wedding. Sometimes things are a bit hectic, especially during the peak season when everyone seems to be having an event at the same time. We try to keep things organized but it’s a busy life. My uncle started this and we’ve just kept it going. We like being part of the community in Sonari. Most of our work comes from people who have eaten our food before at someone else's place. We just stick to what we know, which is cooking and serving people here. It is a simple life but it keeps us very busy every day.
