Caterers 2001

Caterers 2001 is located at G 21 in the Shri Krishna Sinha Sansthan building, which is right across from the Bank of Baroda in Sonari. We have been working out of this kitchen for quite a long time. It is a busy place, especially on weekends when there are lots of local events happening. You can usually hear the sound of large spoons hitting metal pots from the hallway. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk to people right there near the prep tables. The smells of garlic and onions are pretty much soaked into our clothes by the end of the day. Sonari is a good neighborhood, and we have lived and worked here long enough to know most of the families around. We aren't a massive corporation, just a team of cooks and helpers who know how to handle big orders. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when the delivery van is late or we run out of a specific spice, but we always figure it out. Our equipment is old but it works perfectly for what we do. We don't do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth in this town is enough to keep us going. We spend a lot of our time making sure the floors are scrubbed and the vegetables are fresh. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet.
