Rebo Perging Block Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company is called Rebo Perging Block Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are based in Riew village, which is in the Rebo Perging area near Boleng and Pasighat. It’s a beautiful part of East Siang, but it’s also a lot of hard work to keep things going on the farms here. We didn't start this to get famous or anything. We just realized that if we all worked together, we might have a better chance of getting things done. We handle everything ourselves, from the planting to the books. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and papers. We speak plainly because that's how we were raised. There’s no need for big speeches or polished presentations. We just want to make sure the people living in Riew and the surrounding blocks have a way to move their produce. Sometimes we have disagreements about how to do things, but we always talk it out. That's just how a small community works. We are proud of where we come from and the land we work on. It’s a tough life sometimes, especially with the rains we get in Arunachal Pradesh, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We’re just local farmers trying to do right by each other and our families. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the logistics in this part of the country, but we manage.
