Sri Vijay Durga Nursery

Down in Kadiyapu Lanka, which is part of the Kadiyam Mandel in the East Godavari District, you will find Sri Vijay Durga Nursery. This whole area near Rajahamundry is known for greenery, and we are just one of the spots doing this work. It’s a lot of outdoor labor, mostly dealing with the dirt and the saplings every single day. The weather here can be quite humid, so we are always busy making sure nothing dries out. We have a lot of different varieties, from small flowers to bigger fruit trees, just spread out across the land. It isn't a polished shop; it’s a working nursery with mud on the floors and tools leaning against the walls. We spend our time grafting, watering, and moving heavy pots from one side to the other. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows what needs to get done without being told too much. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the plants and the soil. Most of our visitors are local farmers or people looking to add some green to their homes. We give them honest advice based on what we see growing in our own fields. It’s a steady rhythm of work that follows the rain and the sun. We’re just here doing our thing in the dirt and hoping for good growth.
