Our place is located at 8.2.38 on Nb Raju Road. Ishaan Starch Industries has been operating from this spot for a good number of years. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of the raw materials. It is a very specific scent that sticks to your clothes. We handle a lot of starch here, so things can get a bit messy if we aren't careful. The machinery runs for most of the day and it can get quite loud inside the main building. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We mostly focus on getting the orders ready and loaded onto the trucks. Nb Raju Road can get a bit crowded in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy loading done early in the morning. It is not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us all busy. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just find us by coming to the address. The office is just a small room with a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work harder, but we just keep the fans going and stay on schedule. We are just a local industry trying to do things the right way without any fuss or complicated systems. It takes some patience to deal with the machines, but we are used to it by now.
