Varaoke International Oy

Varaoke International Oy is located at Kullervonkatu 20B in Tampere. It is a pretty standard building in a quiet part of the city. When you walk up to 20B, it doesn't look like much is happening, but inside we are usually quite busy with international stuff. The Finnish winters make the walk from the parking lot a bit cold, so the first thing anyone does when they get in is start the coffee machine. The office has big windows, but mostly we just see the trees and the street. We don't have any big flashy signs. Most of our work is done on computers or over the phone, talking to people in different time zones. It can get a bit quiet in the office when everyone is focused on their screens. We have some shelves filled with folders that have been there for years. Tampere is a good place to be based, even if it feels a bit far from everything else sometimes. At Kullervonkatu, we just handle the day-to-day tasks of the business. We aren't a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. If a package arrives, the nearest person gets the door. It is a very flat way of working. No one really cares about titles much. We just want to make sure the business runs smoothly from our little corner of the world. It is simple and it works for us.
