Total Manpower Solutions is based over in Pandav Nagar at S-25A. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with staffing and helping businesses find the people they need to get their work done. Living and working in New Delhi means there's always something going on. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People stop by frequently to ask about openings. We try to be helpful when they do. It’s a lot of coordinating between what a company needs and what the workers are looking for. We’ve seen all sorts of situations over the years. Some days are slow, but most are just filled with the usual routine of filing and calling. Pandav Nagar is where we’ve set up shop, and it’s a convenient spot for us. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy carpets. Just a small team trying to keep everything organized. The desks are usually covered in notes and folders. We drink a lot of chai to keep our energy up. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or try to act like we're something we're not. If someone needs workers or if someone needs a job, they come talk to us. That’s really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the list of things that need doing every day.
