Laksh Human Resources

Laksh Human Resources is located in Delhi, specifically at A 1/406 Shantidoot Apartment in the 110096 area. We are not a giant recruitment firm with a big building. Our office is just a regular apartment where we handle all our paperwork and phone calls. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Most of our day is spent looking at resumes and talking to people about potential jobs. Delhi is a loud and busy city, but inside Shantidoot, it is relatively calm. We do not have a polished corporate image or any fancy slogans. We just try to help people find work and help companies find the staff they need. Sometimes the printers jam or the internet goes slow, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The local tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon drinks. It is a simple operation. We do not have any big mission statements or grand plans. We just take it one day at a time, trying to be useful to the people who contact us. If you are coming to visit, just look for the A block. It is a lived-in space where real work happens every day without any unnecessary fluff.
