We've been running Foster Placement & Training Services Pvt Ltd out of Gautam Nagar F 130/1 A for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who walk through the door. It’s a busy spot here. We spend a lot of time on the phones. People come to us when they need help with finding work or maybe they want to learn a new skill to get a better job. We don’t have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy because it's a tight area, but we’re used to it. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs training, we set it up. If a company needs a new person, we look through our files. It’s basic work, really. My desk is usually covered in folders and coffee mugs. We’ve known some of the neighbors here for years. It’s just how it is. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping people get where they need to go. Gautam Nagar is a good place for us because people can find us easily enough once they know which building it is. We stay late most Tuesdays. There’s always another list to check or a phone call we missed. It’s just regular work by regular people. Nothing more to it.
