Aashiyan Placement Services

Our little office, Aashiyan Placement Services, is located in Khichripur at Plot No 9/83. It is a simple place where we try to help people find decent jobs. We aren't a big corporate firm with a bunch of recruiters in ties. It’s usually just us sitting here with a cup of tea and some resumes. People from the neighborhood drop in all the time to see if anything new has come up. We look for jobs in shops, small offices, and sometimes factories. It’s a bit noisy here because of the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a while. We don't use any complicated software to match people to jobs. We just talk to them and see what they are good at. If a local business owner calls us looking for a helper, we check our files. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to find the right fit, and other times it happens in a day. We don't promise anyone a dream job, just a way to make some money. We've lived in this area for years so we know who is hiring and who isn't. It’s a small operation and we like it that way. You don't need an appointment to come talk to us. Just walk in and we will see what we can do for you. It’s just how we operate, and we hope it helps people out in the end.
