We operate out of Delhi 110095. It’s a bit of a mix here, with people having all sorts of backgrounds like law and science. Our name is Timesjobs.Com. We aren't some giant corporate building with hundreds of floors. It's more of a focused group of us working together. The 110095 area is where we spend our days. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood. You’ve got the usual sounds of the city coming through the windows. We spend most of our time on computers. It’s not glamorous. There are piles of notes and old coffee mugs on the desks. We don't really have a dress code or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. It’s a lot of looking at screens and trying to figure things out. Sometimes we go out for a walk to clear our heads. The local shops have everything we need. It’s a practical setup. We’ve got the degrees on the wall maybe, like the MBA or LLB stuff mentioned in our address, but we don’t talk about them much. We just get on with the job. It feels like a real place, not some polished showroom. We have our good days and our slow days. When the internet goes slow, we all complain together. It’s just how it goes.
