SULTANAT PURE VEG LOUNGE & RESTAURANT

You’ll find Sultanat Pure Veg Lounge & Restaurant on the ground floor of Aditya Mega Mall. We’re at 31 B C in the Karkardooma area of Delhi. It’s right near Crossriver Mall too, so there’s usually a lot of people walking around the area on weekends. We decided to go with a pure veg menu because that’s what we know best and what we like to cook. The lounge is a place where you can sit down after walking around the mall. It’s not some high-end, exclusive club with a dress code. It’s just a restaurant where families and friends can come to eat. We have some nice seating, but we try not to make it feel too stiff or formal. We want people to feel comfortable, like they’re at a neighbor’s house. The mall environment is busy, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more relaxed than the corridors outside. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just serve food and make sure the tables are wiped down properly. Our staff are regular people who live around Delhi. Sometimes we get a big rush when there's a movie letting out nearby and everyone wants to eat at once. We just handle it as it comes. We’ve been at Aditya Mega Mall for a while now and we’ve seen plenty of other shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing.
