Our place is at B-45 Subhash Chowk in Laxmi Nagar, very close to Vikas Marg. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of honking and noise outside. We work with medical devices, so the office is often filled with boxes of different sizes. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a working office and a bit of a storehouse. We have to be careful where we step sometimes because of the inventory. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the equipment is handled right. The staff here is small, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and charts. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the coolers are always running. We talk to doctors and hospital staff on the phone quite a bit. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking part numbers. Laxmi Nagar is a tough place to park, so we usually tell people to come by rickshaw. We just try to keep things moving and get the devices where they need to go. It’s a straightforward business. We don't pretend to be more than a local supplier working out of a crowded corner of Delhi. The shelves are mostly metal and stacked high with gear. We try to keep things organized, but it’s hard with so much stock.
