Panesar Surgicals

Panesar Surgicals is over at Plot No 14 in the District Centre of Lakshmi Nagar. We’re right beside the Lal Quater Market, which is usually a very busy area with lots of people walking around. Our shop deals with various surgical and medical supplies, so we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some are looking for things for their clinics, while others are just picking up something for home use. We keep our shelves stocked with the basics and a few specialized items that are harder to find. The space isn’t very large, so we have to be organized about where everything goes. It’s a bit of a family-feeling atmosphere here, and we don't really follow a corporate script. We just talk to people like they're our neighbors, because usually, they are. Being near the market means there's always something going on outside, which keeps the day interesting for us. We’ve been in Lakshmi Nagar for a good while and have seen how the medical needs of the community have grown over time. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to have what people need when they need it. Sometimes the store gets a bit crowded, but we do our best to help everyone who walks in. It’s just how we run things, day by day, without making it too complicated for anyone.
