Our office is located at 13-B in Gali Number 2, over in East Guru Angad Nagar. It’s tucked away in one of the narrower lanes, so it can be a little tricky for delivery trucks to get in and out sometimes. We mostly deal with medical supplies and equipment, so the rooms are filled with boxes stacked all the way to the ceiling. We have to be very careful with the inventory because a lot of it is fragile or needs to stay clean. It’s not a fancy medical center; it’s more of a distribution point where we manage orders and check the stock. The walls are a bit bare and we use old metal desks that have been around since we first opened. On most days, we are busy on the phone talking to clinics or checking the lists for the next day's deliveries. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have a small staff who knows exactly where every single item is kept, even though the storage looks a bit chaotic to an outsider. We don't spend money on fancy decor or marketing materials. We just focus on making sure the boxes get labeled correctly and the right items go to the right places. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like checking serial numbers and packing crates, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here in Guru Angad Nagar for a long time and have no plans to move elsewhere.
