Our place is located at No. 212 Patparganj, which is just a short distance from the main industrial area. We make different kinds of surgical items and equipment. It’s a clean environment because of the nature of the work, but it’s still a factory at the end of the day. We have machines for cutting and shaping metal and plastic. The staff here has been with us for a long time. We mostly deal with hospitals and clinics that need basic supplies. Patparganj is a busy hub, so there are always trucks moving around and people rushing to work. Our building is pretty plain, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we keep things organized so we can find what we need. We spend a lot of time checking the items before they get packed into boxes. If something isn't right, it goes in the scrap pile. We don't really have a big sales team. Most of our orders come from regular clients who have been buying from us for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just one of those things you deal with in this area. We take our work seriously because we know where these products are going. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We try to keep the noise down, but the machines have their own sound. That is just how we do things here.
