Our company, Styxa Networcx, is located in the Habitat CGHS in Vasundhra Enclave. Specifically, we are in D-301 at B-19. It’s a housing society, so it’s got that community feel that you don't get in a regular business district. We chose this spot because Vasundhra Enclave is a bit more organized and peaceful than other parts of Delhi. Being in a Cooperative Group Housing Society means there’s decent security and a bit of greenery around the buildings. The office itself is basically a converted apartment. It works well for us because we can stay focused without the constant noise of a main market. We deal with network stuff, so having a stable, quiet place to sit and work is important. It’s not a large space, but we have enough room for our servers, desks, and a few chairs. Sometimes we meet in the common area or just chat near the windows when we need a break. The sun comes in nicely in the afternoons. It’s a very grounded way of running a business. We don't have any flashy signs or giant billboards outside. Most people in the building probably just think we’re another family living here until they see all the monitors and wires. We’ve been at D-301 for a while and it really feels right for us. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We just handle our day-to-day tasks, keep the equipment running, and enjoy the relative peace of the enclave.
