Universal Solutions

Universal Solutions is over at P 13 in Pandav Nagar, which is part of Mayur Vihar 1st Phase. The address sounds a bit complicated, but it is actually pretty easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. We occupy a small unit on the ground floor. It used to be a shop, but we converted it into an office space. We provide various solutions for people, which basically means we fix whatever tech problems or service issues they bring to us. It is a bit of a catch-all place. One day we might be looking at a printer, and the next we are helping someone with their paperwork. The windows are a bit small, so we have to keep the lights on all day to see what we are doing. We have a tiny fridge in the corner that mostly just holds water bottles and someone's leftover lunch. The neighborhood is friendly enough. We know the guys at the shop next door and the lady who sells fruit on the corner. It is a very local kind of operation. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. It is a bit informal, but it works for the kind of stuff we do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big meetings. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families. Some days are busier than others, but we manage to stay on top of things.
