Unique Innovation Pvt Ltd is based out of F-202 in Sagar Apartment. That is over on Plot No 113 in Patparganj, Delhi 110092. Even though the name says MNC, we are just folks working out of an apartment building. It is a bit different than a standard office block. You have to buzz in and come up to the second floor. Patparganj is one of those busy parts of Delhi where everything feels packed together. Our office space is filled with computers and desks squeezed into the rooms. We handle a lot of different projects from here. Sometimes it feels more like a home than a business because of the kitchen and the balcony. We sit around the table and figure out the tech stuff we need to finish. The neighbors probably wonder what we are doing with all the cables and screens. It gets a bit noisy during the day with the traffic outside on the main road. We do not have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. It is a practical way to work without all the fuss of a big corporate park. We have got our routine down, from the morning tea to the late evening wrap-ups. It is just us here at Sagar Apartment, trying to innovate in our own small way without making a big deal about it. It is a steady job in a busy neighborhood. We stay quite busy most weeks.
