Sparknet is tucked away in Shakarpur, specifically at A116/3 on the Main Vikas Marg. If you know that road at all, you know how hectic it gets with all the traffic and the metro passing by every few minutes. Our office is a very simple setup. We deal with internet stuff and networking mostly. It’s the kind of place where there are always some cables lying around or a router that needs its settings reset. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. People from around the neighborhood drop in when their home connection acts up or if they need some help setting up a small office network. We don't have any slick brochures or a sales team to talk to. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and trying to help people get back online as fast as we can. The tea stall just around the corner is where we usually take our breaks during the afternoon. It’s a practical sort of life here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the systems running for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the power cuts make things a bit interesting, but we manage to get by. Shakarpur is a crowded place, but it feels like home to us after all these years. Being on Vikas Marg means we see a lot of different people every single day. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we fix things, and we go home.
