We are located at C 49, Street No. 6 in West Vinod Nagar. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a bit of a maze sometimes. This branch isn't the biggest one out there, but we stay busy enough. There’s always someone calling the number, +919958485352, or walking in with a question about their account. We don't have all the bells and whistles of the main offices downtown. It’s just a straightforward place where we handle the banking stuff that people need. The street outside is always noisy, so we’ve gotten used to that background hum while we work. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there's a pile of documents to go through. We try to keep things simple for the folks who come in. No one wants to spend all day dealing with bank forms, and we don't want to either. We just want to get the details right and move on to the next thing. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other pretty well. We’ve been on Street No. 6 for a good bit now and it feels like we are just part of the local scenery at this point. There is a small tea stall just around the corner that we all visit during the lunch break. It is a very normal way to spend a workday in this city.
