Singh O Singh Kebab

Delhi is always moving fast and Krishna Nagar is no different. We are tucked away at 32 Chander Nagar Road in Satnam Park. If you find the Union Bank, you are basically here. It is a small place but we manage to do a lot with it. The smell of kebabs roasting is what usually brings people in from the street. We start prepping the meat early in the afternoon so it is ready for the evening rush. It gets really cramped in the shop when the sun goes down and everyone comes out for a snack. The sidewalk gets crowded too. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It is just a few of us working here. We do not have a big team or a manager in a suit. I am usually back by the coals and my friend handles the money. Sometimes we argue about how much salt to put in or who forgot to buy napkins, but we always figure it out. It is a loud, smoky, and busy way to live. But Krishna Nagar has a lot of heart and we like being part of it. People here know what they like and they tell you if you get it wrong. We appreciate that honesty. It keeps us on our toes every single night we open.
