Shine Collections Pvt. Ltd. is found at R-194, Street No. 8 in Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar. If you know Laxmi Nagar, you know it is a bit of a maze of streets and small lanes. Street No. 8 is no exception, and it can be a bit of a squeeze if two cars try to pass each other. Our building at R-194 is a tall, narrow one where we use every inch of space we have. The storage rooms are packed with our collections, and sometimes we have to move ten boxes just to get to the one we actually need. It’s a bit chaotic, but we have a system that works for us, even if it looks like a mess to an outsider. The staff consists of a few locals who live just a couple of streets away, so there is always some neighborhood gossip being traded over lunch. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a breath of air, though the view is mostly just other rooftops and power lines. The office itself is simple—plain tiles, white walls, and a few old fans that click while they spin. We deal with a lot of different people coming in and out, so the front door is always opening and closing. It’s a hardworking little spot in Ramesh Park where we just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving along without any big drama.
