Lamba Watch Co

Lamba Watch Co is located at Shop No 1529 on the Main Road in Gandhi Nagar. If you know this area at all, you know it gets incredibly crowded with all the textile shops and people moving around with big bundles. We’ve been sitting here in this particular spot for quite some time now. The shop isn’t very large, but it holds everything we need for the watch work we do every single day. There’s usually a pile of watches waiting to be looked at sitting right on the front counter. Gandhi Nagar is a fast-paced place where everyone is in a hurry, but inside our shop, things have to move a bit slower. You have to be really careful with those tiny gears and those small batteries that always seem to roll away. We don't have a big team or any fancy equipment, just a couple of us making sure things keep ticking along. The light in here isn't always the best, but we've got our specialized lamps for the detailed work. It’s just a regular shop on a regular busy road. We don’t put on any acts or try to look like a corporate chain. People come in with a broken strap or a watch that just won’t start, and we see if we can help them out. The Main Road is always noisy with horns and people shouting, but you honestly get used to it after a few years. It’s just part of life in Gandhi Nagar. We open up, do our work, and then head home.
