Sharco Exports P Ltd. is located at A 81 Madhuban, which is pretty close to Preet Vihar. It’s a nice enough area, a bit more settled than the crowded markets downtown. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good number of years. It’s a private limited company, but we don't really act like those big fancy corporations you see on TV. We’re just a group of people working on exports. Most of our time is spent dealing with logistics and making sure things get where they need to go. The office is pretty basic. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of files. It’s not about having the best furniture; it’s about getting the work done properly. Being near Preet Vihar makes it easy for our staff to get here, which is a plus. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes through people we’ve known for years. It’s more about relationships than flashy brochures. We have our busy seasons where everyone is staying late to finish paperwork, and then quieter times where we can catch our breath. We just try to be reliable. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. It’s a straightforward export business, run by people who live nearby and care about doing a decent job.
