We are based out of 41-C in the J&K Pocket of Dilshad Garden. It’s a residential pocket in Delhi, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. Our office is basically a converted space that suits us just fine. There are computers everywhere and some bookshelves that are overflowing with reports we’ve written over the years. We do a lot of research and e-service work, which keeps us busy from morning until evening. The windows look out onto the street where kids sometimes play cricket in the evenings. It’s a quiet place for the most part, which is good because we have to read a lot of data. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one so people can find the right door. Our team usually shares a big pot of tea in the mid-afternoon to keep the energy up. We’ve got some mismatched chairs and a printer that jams if you put too much paper in it. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a group of people working on their computers. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just gather information, organize it, and send it off to whoever needs it. It’s a simple routine that has worked for us for a long time in this little corner of Dilshad Garden, and we don't plan on changing it.
