Om Pharma Surgical Company is on the ground floor at 77/2 in Gali No. 9. We are over in East Azad Nagar, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the Yes Bank nearby. The lane is a bit narrow, so it’s mostly foot traffic and two-wheelers coming through. We’ve been in this specific spot for a good bit of time. Our space is filled with boxes and supplies because we focus on surgical items. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is kept. People from the neighborhood know us well, and we get quite a few people coming in from the bank side. We aren't doing any big advertising or anything like that. Most of our work is just handling the daily requests and keeping the stock levels where they need to be. The ground floor location makes it easy for deliveries to come in and out, though Gali No. 9 can get blocked up sometimes. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. It’s a very local feel here. We know the other shop owners on the street and we all just try to get our work done. It’s a simple setup, nothing too flashy. We just provide what's needed for the folks around East Azad Nagar. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the supplies, but that’s just how a surgical company looks.
