We have our manufacturing unit at No. 122 / 33 on Street No. 5 in Old Shankar Nagar. This is in the Delhi NCR area, and we’ve been operating from this location for quite a long time. The space is a mix of a workshop and a storage area for the parts we use to build medical equipment. It’s often quite noisy with the sound of cutting, welding, and other assembly work going on. The street outside is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a struggle when we have to load up the finished products onto the transport trucks. We don't have a polished office or a showroom for people to visit. It’s a real working factory where things get dusty and messy. We spend our days looking at technical drawings and putting together different machines. The shelves are full of components and tools that we’ve gathered over the years. We have a small group of people who have been working here for a while and they know how everything runs. It’s a lot of hard work and we are usually tired by the end of the shift. We just stick to our production schedule and try to get everything finished on time. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just a practical workshop where we make things and get them out the door. We focus on the daily grind and keeping the machines running.
