We are Naukri.Com, and our office is located at A-518 Indra Gali in New Delhi, right near the border where it starts to feel like Haryana. Indra Gali is one of those narrow, busy streets where you have to be careful walking because of the bikes and people everywhere. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a basic setup with desks and chairs. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly, we just have computers and a lot of wires running across the floor. The neighborhood is loud, and you can always hear someone honking outside or a street vendor shouting. We take our breaks at a small tea stall just a few doors down. It’s not a corporate park with security guards and glass elevators. You just walk up the stairs and find us there. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get in. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we all just sit around talking until it comes back on. We spend our time looking at listings and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. The rooms get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have some fans that help. This is a normal, everyday office where we try to stay organized despite the chaos of the street outside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. That is pretty much us.
