Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd is based in Mayur Vihar Phase-1, right in Pocket-4 at 81-B. This part of Delhi is quite nice because it has some greenery and is very well connected by the metro. Our office is in a spot that is easy to get to once you know the pocket numbers. It is a straightforward setup with several rooms used for different parts of our consulting work. We have a big table in the center where we pile up the files we are currently working on. It’s not the most modern office in the world, as we have been using the same furniture for quite some time now. The chairs are comfortable enough for a long day of work, though. We have a small staff who all live fairly close by, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the city's traffic. Most of our day is spent on the computer or having meetings in the small conference area. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to each other; we just say things as they are. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we all just take a break until the generator kicks in. It is a very human place to work where we value practical results over anything else. We just try to keep things moving forward and make sure the paperwork is sorted before we leave for the day.
