We are based in the Indraprastha Building, which is H58 in Laxmi Nagar. You have to come up to the second floor, room 104, to find us. Laxmi Nagar is always a bit of a maze with all the buildings and signs everywhere, but once you find the Indraprastha Building, we are right there. Lucky Computers And Services is just a small office space. We do not have a big store-front on the ground floor, so people usually come looking for us specifically after hearing about us from others. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is not working that day, but that is just part of being in this part of Delhi. We have our desks set up and plenty of power strips for testing equipment. It is not a fancy place with carpets and art on the walls. It is a workspace, plain and simple. We spend a lot of time here, sometimes late into the evening when there is a lot of work to catch up on. Laxmi Nagar is full of students and small businesses, so there is always someone needing something fixed or set up. We are not a big chain of stores. It is just us here in room 104. We talk to our customers directly and do not use any scripts or corporate talk. If something is broken, we tell you clearly. If we cannot fix it, we tell you that too. It is just a straightforward way of running things. We have been here a good while now.
