You can find us on the third floor of Upadhyay Block 74. We are in Office No. 309-310. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we are right there in Shakarpur. Most people know the area because we are very close to Gate No 2 of the Laxmi Nagar Metro Station. It makes it easy for customers to drop off their machines and then go back to their day. Deep Jyoti Computer Services is a place where there are always computers in different states of being fixed. We have tools scattered on the benches and plenty of spare parts in the drawers. It gets pretty loud sometimes with the fans running and people talking over the noise of the street. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The space is filled with screens, keyboards, and people trying to recover lost files or fix a broken hinge. We don’t really do fancy ads. People usually find us because a friend told them we could help. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when someone really needs their laptop back for work the next morning. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Delhi. We try to be helpful and straightforward about what can be fixed and what cannot.
