Asian Computer Printer

We operate out of Office No 25 on Rostek Road in Paschim Vihar. It’s a small office that is mostly filled with printers, spare parts, and tools. There are always a few machines opened up on the workbench with wires showing. We spend our time either fixing these printers or helping people get their documents printed out. It’s a very technical kind of work, and our hands are usually covered in some kind of ink or toner by the end of the day. Rostek Road is a busy spot, and we get a lot of people from the nearby houses coming in with their home printers that stopped working. Sometimes it’s a simple fix like a paper jam, and other times it needs a new part that we have to order. We aren't a big corporate service center; we’re just a local shop where you can talk directly to the person doing the work. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the boxes and old machines we keep for parts. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see us working at the back. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take. Some days are slow, and we just catch up on cleaning the shop, while other days everyone seems to have a printer problem at the same time. It’s just regular life in Paschim Vihar.
