Ankur Computer

Ankur Computer has been here in Anand Vihar for quite a while now. We started small, just a little room with a couple of desks and some old monitors. Delhi gets really dusty, so we spend half the morning just wiping down the screens before anyone even walks in. It is mostly just us fixing laptops that won't turn on or trying to recover photos from a dead hard drive. The shop isn't fancy, just a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just have to wait it out. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it. Most people around here know where we are, right near the main residential blocks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most days are busy with school kids needing their keyboards fixed or people from the nearby offices looking for a new mouse. We keep a stock of cables and stuff in the back, though it’s a bit messy back there if I’m honest. It's just how we work. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for files to copy. It's a simple life running a computer shop in this part of Delhi. Sometimes we stay late because a job takes longer than we thought it would. That is just how it goes here.
