Laxmi Writing Boards

Our workshop is located at 27-G in the Mig Complex, which is part of Pkt-2 in New Kondli. If you know Mayur Vihar Phase-II, we are tucked away in that area. We spend our days making all kinds of writing boards. Whether it is the green chalkboards or the white ones for markers, we handle it all right here. The space is filled with the smell of wood and laminate glue. We aren't a massive factory, just a group of people who know how to put a board together so it stays flat and smooth. We have been in this complex for a while, and most of our neighbors are also small businesses. It gets a bit crowded when we have a big shipment of raw materials coming in. We don't do much in terms of fancy branding. We just make the boards, wrap them up, and send them out to schools or offices that order them. Sometimes the edges need extra sanding, and we spend time making sure the frames are tight. It’s a bit of a repetitive job, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we like. Our office is just a corner with a computer and some samples. We prefer to spend our time out on the floor where the actual making happens. It's a simple business. We keep some extra stock on the side for people who walk in looking for a quick purchase.
