You can find Desire Office Systems over at L-60B in Dilshad Garden. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been tucked away here for quite some time now. We handle all kinds of office setups. Usually, it’s a lot of measuring and figuring out how to fit desks into tight spaces. The office we have here is small, filled with catalogs and bits of samples that we show people who come in. We don't really do the fancy marketing stuff you see online. Most of our work comes from people nearby who know us or have seen our trucks around. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. My brother and a couple of assistants do most of the heavy lifting. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another across the city. Dilshad Garden is a good base for us because we can get to most places fairly easily, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve had the same phone number for years, and people just call us up when they need a cabinet or a new workstation. It’s not a glamorous job, crawling under desks to fix wiring or making sure a drawer slides right, but it’s what we do. We just try to be honest about what we can finish and when we can do it. It’s just a small team of real people trying to make a living and keep the business going.
