If you ever come down to East Gokul Puri, you’ll know it’s a crowded place. Our unit is at A-5/500, and it gets pretty cramped inside once we have all the materials delivered. We’ve been working out of this part of Delhi for a few years, and you get used to the noise and the narrow lanes after a while. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the production side of things. There’s always a machine running or someone moving boxes around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a polished showroom; it’s more about getting the work finished and out the door. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they need to do, though sometimes we get behind when a machine breaks down. It’s just the reality of running a small industry in a place like this. The power goes out once in a while, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We don't spend much on advertising or anything fancy. Most people find us because they heard from someone else or they saw our sign while walking through the market. It’s practical work, and we just focus on making sure the stuff we produce is what the buyer asked for. It gets a bit chaotic during the peak season, but we usually manage to find a way through the mess.
