You can find Jyoti Automac System over in Laxmi Nagar, tucked away on Street No. 13 in West Guru Angad Nagar. We occupy the ground floor at number 454 and 455. It’s a tight space sometimes because we have a lot of machinery and parts sitting around. Delhi is always crowded, and this neighborhood is no different. We spend most of our time working on automation systems and fixing things that customers bring in. The shop floor is usually a bit messy with wires and tools, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team of us here. We grab tea from the stall around the corner twice a day. Working in Laxmi Nagar means there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week. We mostly handle local clients who need their systems checked or some parts replaced. It isn't a huge factory or anything, just a practical workshop where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just sit and wait or work by hand. We've been at this address for several years now. People know us in the lane as the guys who deal with the technical stuff. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you walk in, you'll probably see someone with grease on their hands or holding a multimeter. That's just how we work every day.
