Our shop and office space is usually full of boxes and various parts. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in. We handle all sorts of appliances and there is always someone fixing something in the back. The sound of screwdrivers and testing equipment is pretty constant. We aren't a big, shiny showroom. It’s more of a practical workshop where work actually happens. People from the neighborhood drop by all the time, either to buy something or just to ask for advice on a broken machine. We’ve got a small staff who have been with us for years. They know these machines inside and out. It’s a bit cramped, and the lighting could be better, but it’s home to us. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like a global company. We’re just a local business in Ganesh Nagar trying to keep things running for our customers.
