You can find us over in Shakarpur on Vikas Marg at U-203. It is a very busy road and there is always something happening right outside our door. We deal with surgical supplies and medical equipment which requires a lot of attention to detail. Our space is filled with cabinets and shelves holding all sorts of stainless steel instruments and boxed goods. It isn't a very large unit so things can get a bit cramped when we are busy packing orders. We spend a lot of time double-checking the labels because you can't afford to make mistakes with this kind of equipment. The light in the workshop is a bit bright but it helps us see what we are doing. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years and they know the stock better than I do. We aren't much for advertising or big talk. We just focus on getting the instruments cleaned, packed, and sent out to the clinics and hospitals that need them. Sometimes the traffic on Vikas Marg is so bad that it takes forever for the courier to arrive. We just use that time to tidy up the workspace or have a bit of tea. It is a steady pace of work and we quite like the routine of it all. Making sure everything is sterile and ready is the main part of the job. It is simple but it is important to us and the doctors who use this stuff.
