If you’re looking for us, we are over in Laxmi Nagar on the first floor of A-19 in Gali Number 3. It’s tucked right behind Gulab Bakery, so we get the smell of fresh bread and sweets all day long, which is a nice perk. V3S Mall is just across the road, so it’s a landmark everyone knows. The lane itself is pretty narrow, like most streets in this part of Delhi, and it can get a bit congested with rickshaws and bikes. Our office is up one flight of stairs. It’s a simple space with some desks, a few samples of solar panels leaning against the walls, and a lot of cables. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there working on a quote or talking to a supplier. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have more than three people in the room, but we make it work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend a lot of time out of the office on sites, so the place is often quiet during the middle of the day. When we are here, it's mostly about organizing the next job and making sure we have all the parts ready. It’s a basic, local operation and we like being in this part of the city despite the crowds and the constant noise.
