Dekorax Export

Dekorax Export is over at A-1/7 in Krishna Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood and our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with exports, so we spend a lot of time on the phone and checking shipping schedules. The office is a bit crowded because we have samples of everything we send out sitting on shelves. It’s not the most organized looking place, but it has a logic to it. We aren't a big corporation with departments for everything. Here, everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you might be checking an invoice and the next you're helping pack a crate. We've been in Krishna Nagar for a while and we like the energy of the place. It’s not always quiet, but it’s home for the business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to get the orders out on time and make sure they are correct. It’s practical work. We sometimes make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just speak plainly with our clients and our suppliers. It’s about building trust over time. Most of our business comes from people who have worked with us for years. We’re just a small team at A-1/7 trying to keep things moving forward and making sure we don't forget the small details.
