We like it here because it feels more like a community than the big business districts. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who have a knack for building design and planning. Our desks are usually piled high with site maps and blueprints. It’s a bit of a mess, but we have our own system for finding things. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a fountain. Most of our clients are people who heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We spend a lot of time checking regulations and making sure our designs are solid. It’s slow, careful work. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just have to sit and wait or talk through our plans until the lights come back on. That’s just life in Delhi. We aren't interested in being corporate or sounding like we know everything. We just do our best with every project that comes through the door.
