Architect Jayesh Khaire

You’ll find Architect Jayesh Khaire’s office at S400 in the School Block of Laxmi Nagar. We are right across from the Shiv Mandir, so it’s a pretty easy place to locate if you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this spot in the 110092 area for a good amount of time. The office is a simple one, mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We don't think making things more complicated than they need to be is ever a good idea. When someone comes in with an idea for a building, we just start sketching and see where it goes. We handle everything from the first drawing to the technical engineering bits that keep the walls standing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, making sure everything fits just right. We don’t use flashy marketing or try to act like we’re a big city firm. We are just local people who know how to draw up a good house or shop. Laxmi Nagar is a lively place to work, and being opposite the temple means there’s always something going on outside. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the work. If you have a project in mind, we sit down, look at the space, and tell you what’s possible. No tall tales, just honest architecture and engineering for the people around here who want something functional and solid.
