Our clinic is located at number 48 in Hasanpur, which is part of the Indraprastha Extension. It’s a fairly straightforward place to find once you are in the I.P. Extension area. We focus on speech and hearing, so our rooms are designed to be a bit quieter than the street outside. We have been here for some time now, and we’ve seen a lot of people from the neighborhood. The clinic isn't very big, but we have enough space for the testing equipment and a small waiting area. Usually, it's just a couple of us working the shifts. We deal with kids who need help talking and older adults who can't hear as well as they used to. Every day is a bit different. Sometimes the sessions go really well, and other times it takes a lot of patience from everyone involved. We don't use any fancy slogans or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and do the work. The building is a bit older, but we keep our section clean and functional. It’s a local business, through and through. If you live in East Delhi, you probably know how the traffic can be, so we always tell people to plan ahead. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic, just a place where you can get your hearing checked without a lot of trouble. It is just us here.
